At Lillian's Children Centre, our team is the heart of everything we do. Each member of our team is certified in Standard First Aid and CPR, has completed a vulnerable sector police check, and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of care and professionalism.
We believe that great educators never stop learning. Our staff regularly participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education, ensuring we continue to provide engaging, inclusive, and high-quality experiences for every child.
Above all, we are caring, dedicated, and passionate about building meaningful relationships with children and their families. We feel privileged to be part of each child's early learning journey and strive to make every day filled with laughter, learning, and a sense of belonging.

Our Supervisors are committed to creating a welcoming, supportive, and high-quality environment for every child and family. They provide leadership, guidance, and ongoing support to our educators while ensuring our programs meet the highest standards of care.
They believe in building strong relationships with families through open communication, collaboration, and trust. Their dedication to continuous learning and their passion for early childhood education help ensure that Lillian's Children Centre remains a place where children, families, and educators can learn, grow, and thrive together.
Our Program Staff are passionate about creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where every child feels welcomed, supported, and inspired to learn. Our team of Registered Early Childhood Educators (RECEs) and Early Childhood Assistants (ECAs) works together to provide engaging, play-based experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity, independence, and confidence.
Dedicated to each child's growth and well-being, our educators build meaningful relationships with children and their families while recognizing and celebrating every child's unique strengths and interests.
With caring hearts and a genuine love for what they do, our Program Staff strive to make every day a positive, memorable experience where children feel valued, included, and excited to learn.
Our cook plays an important role in keeping children happy, healthy, and energized throughout the day. With a passion for preparing nutritious, homemade meals and snacks, they create a variety of delicious options that children enjoy while supporting healthy eating habits.
We take pride in offering a diverse selection of balanced meals that introduce children to a variety of flavours, cultures, and nutritious ingredients.
Every meal is prepared with care, helping to make mealtimes a positive and enjoyable part of each child's day.
